Hidden Hollow Equestrian Center is located a few miles outside of Rutland in Rutland Town. We are quietly nestled in our private valley with beautiful views and a peaceful setting.

We have a large outdoor arena, indoor arena, meadows and access to a number of scenic trails.
Hidden Hollow is a horse community. We are a family that believes that our horses are more than animals and we provide quality care for each and every one. So whether you want someone to ride with, a place close to home, a chance to meet new human and equine friends or a place to further your riding knowledge, stop in and see us. Krissy Stocker has been a horse lover for most of her life.

Beginning at age 4 with her first pony, Krissy Stocker has dedicated her life to the care and management of the equine.

After fulfilling her childhood goals of active competition, Krissy Stocker decided to further her equine knowledge in college.

Krissy Stocker is a graduate of the State University of New York at Cobleskill where she obtained her A.A.S. in Equine Studies.

Krissy Stocker was an active member of the student horseman's assoc. as well as the intercollegiate riding team.

After graduation Krissy Stocker immediately began employment at Mountain Top Inn and after achieving her instructor certification went on to manage their lesson program.

Krissy Stocker worked there for 6 years before taking her knowledge to Hawk Inn in Plymouth, Vermont to further their riding program.

Krissy Stocker spent 2 years at Hawk Mountain before deciding that it was time to start her own endeavor, thus the birth of Hidden Hollow Equestrian Center.

The farm has operated under the care and expertise of Krissy Stocker for over 2 years now and has been growing steadily.

Krissy Stocker likes the family feeling the farm offers to her horse and human friends.

Currently, Krissy Stocker is working to further her dressage career as well as teach others how to communicate with their equine partners.

Krissy Stocker's goal is to teach others in a way they understand and can utilize effectively.

Krissy Stocker believes that teamwork is the key to success.

Our lesson program is based on learning through understanding.

Each horse and rider are different and learn differently.

We try to tailor the program to suit your learning needs and requirements.

From the first encounter through a summer of horse trials and competition we will teach you the right way to communicate with your horse and achieve the results you desire.

Riding is a partnership and with this teaching approach you can and your horse can grow together as a team.
